 The firm was founded by Sean E. Frink and Marcia K. Schultz, two attorneys with more than 50 years between them of practicing law in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands at the highest levels. Our mission is the provision of the highest quality of legal advice and expertise to our clients. We are not, and do not strive to be, the largest firm in the region, measured by the number of offices or lawyers. Instead, our goal is to be the firm of choice for sophisticated and discerning clients regarding their challenging legal issues, significant business transactions, and critical disputes. We have some of the most successful and experienced attorneys in the CNMI in the fields of corporate and business law, litigation and dispute resolution, employment law, real property assessment and transactions, governmental relations, and insurance defense. We represent banks, insurance companies, contractors, retail boutiques, shopping centers, airlines, hotels and the Northern Mariana Islands Hotel Association. We regularly handle complex matters involving clients and other law firms from around the world, including the United States, Japan, China, Korea, Singapore, Australia, Russia, and the Philippines. We are licensed to practice law in the CNMI, Guam, and Hawaii. |
