  Marianas Legal Strategy Group LLC

We are not, and do not strive to be, the largest firm in the region, measured by the number of offices or lawyers.  Instead, our goal is to be the firm of choice for sophisticated and discerning clients regarding their challenging legal issues, significant business transactions, and critical disputes.

We have some of the most successful and experienced attorneys in the Marianas in the fields of corporate and business law, litigation and dispute resolution, employment law, construction, maritime law, real property assessment and transactions, governmental relations, and insurance defense.  We represent banks, airlines, insurance companies, contractors, retail boutiques, shopping centers, airlines, P&I Clubs, hotels and the Northern Mariana Islands Hotel Association.  We regularly handle matters involving clients and other law firms from around the world, including the United States, Japan, China, Korea, Singapore, Australia, Russia, and the Philippines.

The firm was founded by Sean E. Frink and Marcia K. Schultz, two attorneys with more than 60 years of practicing law in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands at the highest levels between them. Our abiding mission is the provision of the highest quality of legal advice and expertise to our clients.  We are licensed to practice law in the CNMI, Guam, and Hawaii.

We are a member of the Nextlaw Global Referral Network, the largest legal referral network in the world. With over 400 member firms and 21,000 lawyers across 170+ countries - and growing - we are able to provide our clients with top talent around the world. Learn more: www.nextlawnetwork.com
