When leaving the Saipan International Airport, turn right on Tun Herman Pan Road. Go to the first stop light and turn right onto Isa Drive (sometimes known as “Back Island Road”).

The Iglesia de Cristo church – a very large church, painted blue - is at the top of the T-intesection.

You will go through a stop light at the San Vicente area (school on right side). Isa Drive winds and eventually goes through Capitol Hill area (where legislature and some government offices are located).

Stay on Isa Drive, as it winds down through Capitol Hill.

You will pass the NMI Retirement Fund Building on your left side.

Continue a little further down the road. You will see three two-story buildings on your right. We are located in the building closest to the entrance.

Our office is in the Secrurity Title Building, 2nd Floor. Look for the Security Title sign and Marianas Legal Strategy Group LLC sign.

If you go down the winding road and pass Vestcorp Apartments on your left side, you have gone too far.

Go north on Beach Road until you hit the T-Intersection at American Memorial Park.

Take a right onto Micro Beach Road.

Go to the 1st stoplight and take a left onto Chalan Pale Arnold Road (commonly known as “Middle Road”).

Go straight at the first stop light – Bank of Hawaii and MH2 Building on right.

Turn right at the second stoplight onto Isa Drive. Continue to go up Isa Drive towards Capitol Hill.

You will pass the Vestcorp Apartments on your right. Once you pass the winding road, you will see three two-story buildings on your left. We are located in the building closest to the entrance.
